Dry fruits should also be taken as they contain large amount of proteins, carbohydrates and fiber like walnut helps you in making you mind sharp. And other dry fruits are also very good for your diet.
Digestion should also be considered because if your body will not be able to digest any food so that food can harm your body and can even make you fat. So that foods should be taken that helps you in digestion like honey it helps you very much in digestion and it is preferred to have honey meal to in cam help in digesting the food.
